Derby Season!

You know you are from Kentucky when you get excited about racing season! That's right, the horses are running at Keeneland, which means we are only weeks away from the Kentucky Derby! The most exciting 2 minutes in sports!


I grew up in Bowling Green and every year, the first weekend in May, my parents would either host or go to a Derby party with their friends. As an adult, my husband and I have continued that tradition on from Nevada to Tennessee. The Kentucky Derby is a big deal to this Kentucky girl! 


One of my favorite traditions is adding a Derby glass to our collection. My parents started my collection when I was born and we've been adding to it every year. We love using our glasses year-round. Our Kentucky pride runs deep!

We love celebrating this Kentucky tradition in our house! So you know I can't let such a special event go by without posting a few new items for your little ones and you!
